I believe that the dealership fraudulently concealed the fact that the previous owner/s of this particular vehicle had smoked in it through the duration of ownership.

I have bought several cars from them over the course of the years. And when I called to find out about a new car they said someone else put a deposit down and didn't bother to ask if they could get another one or ask to help if anything else I need or may be interested in. Called Cable Dahmer In Kansas City and they offered to bring me something to test drive vs. driving from St. Joseph. Needless to say my days of dealing with them are done!!!

I took my 2022 truck in it kept saying sd card removed. They said sd reader was bad they had to order a new one it would take 3 or 4 days to get it in. That was over a month and half ago haven't heard from them at all. Guess i'll go get it done elsewhere.

This place is a joke, i would recommend car city at this point. They had my car over 10 days, drove it for 2 and received an engine code failure.

The service department will rep you off if you do not do your homework on repair cost. They mark up materials way to much and they max out there labor time more than anyone else in town. You can definitely save money going somewhere else for repairs and still have the same quality of service.

My Ford truck blew a brake line on the Interstate while on a cross-country move. I limped into Reed Chevrolet and Tom Pflugradt in your Service Department provided outstanding customer service to me. Kept my duramax 8 days. Changed turbo. Charged me 5256.13$. When they called me to pick it up, it still needed a dealer regen. Still had the same error code as when I brought it out to start with. Took my H2 Hummer in for an acceleration problem and had to tow it out of there. Had made appointment for service and door lock issues at 7am at 1pm they had started my oil change but nothing on the door locks. Took delivery of 2019 High Country on 5/2./19. It had been driven 58 miles by dealer in NE before being driven to St Joseph. It was washed but should have been detailed. I purchased a 2018 Chevy Cruz fro Randy Reed and have since had that vehicle serviced twice. Not once have I felt the is staff of Reed has displayed any respect,nor have they went against their promises. I worked with Joe Schreck and he was nothing but honest. The service department has been great. I strongly recommend Reed Chevrolet.

We bought a 2017 1500 with only 4 miles on it, drove it home and noticed that it shifted funny, took it back to be reprogrammed,( was shifting from 3-6th gear going up hills) then again at 3500 miles, 8000 miles, and 12k. Finally we asked about the lemon law and they kept it for 5 days....they couldn’t duplicate the problem! I have had a couple of warranty issues with my Duramax and Tom in the Service department was absolutely awesome to work with. The problem was that GM did not have replacement parts for some reason so I was given a new loaner to drive while I waited 5 plus weeks to get my truck back. Love lifetime oil changes. Service is always very professional and courteous. Recently had oil changed and recall taken care of in one appointment. Done before I expected.

I entered all of my information in the Click & Buy and received a great price. I actually made the appointment to pick it up today. When I entered information I entered that I did NOT need financing and that I had no trade in. When we arrived at the dealership we found the salesman whose email included the quoted price. Worked with Jeff Davey as our salesperson. He was very polite and helpful. Everyone we worked with was friendly and helpful as well as worked with a purpose and did not waste time. The shortest and quickest car buying experience we have had.

I went in to have some service work on my 2015 Chevy Cruze that was suppose to be covered under the extended warranty that I had purchased. Brad in the service department was very rude and not at all plea sent to deal with and this is not the first time but I chopped it up the first time as having a bad day but this time I can't do that he was super rude and bad day or not you leave your problems at the door when you come to work and visa versa.
